eCommerce Fulfilment & Logistics Manager

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive eCommerce Fulfilment & Logistics Manager to manage the final stage of our global eCommerce fulfilment; getting the products to and from our warehouse and into customers’ hands.

This role acts as the operational backbone of our global supply chain, balancing the precision of international logistics with the agility of a fast-growing eCommerce brand. You will oversee the journey of our products from production to the customer’s doorstep, facilitating logistics across other channels by managing bulk shipments to our wholesale partners and coordinating stock for global pop-ups. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you won’t just manage the day-to-day flow of goods; you will be a strategic partner in how we scale, optimising our processes and customs compliance to enhance the customer experience. Your expertise in navigating the complexities of fashion logistics will ensure our team feels supported and our operations remain resilient as the studio continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Operations & Supply Chain Strategy

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead end-to-end eCommerce operations, encompassing global distribution, multi-node fulfilment, and production supply chain logistics.
  • Omnichannel Logistics: Facilitate logistics across various channels, ensuring the seamless execution of bulk shipments to wholesale partners and the setup of physical pop-up locations.
  • Systems Management: Master the integration and daily management of Shopify and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Apparel Expertise: Manage complex apparel logistics, including international imports/exports, tariff classification, and the secure handling of high-value goods.

Global Logistics & 3PL Management

  • Partner Accountability: Manage 3PL relationships and external logistics partners, holding them to rigorous performance standards and KPIs.
  • Inventory Integrity: Ensure 100% inventory accuracy across all systems; proactively resolve discrepancies and manage short-picks or obsolete stock.
  • Demand Planning: Execute purchase orders and coordinate stock movements across global locations to align with high-pressure product drops and eCommerce launches.

Returns & Reverse Logistics

  • End-to-End Returns Ownership: Oversee the full reverse logistics lifecycle, ensuring timely processing and high customer satisfaction.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyse return data to identify patterns in defective rates and customer behaviour, providing actionable insights to the production and design teams.
  • Sustainability & Recovery: Implement and lead recovery strategies, prioritising reuse, refurbishment, or recycling to minimise waste and maximise asset recovery.

Customs, Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Trade Expertise: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for Incoterms, duty calculations, and customs clearance, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Process Engineering: Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to drive cost savings and enhance fulfilment speed.
  • Project Leadership: Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing budgets and cross-functional timelines to meet brand-wide financial targets.
  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce global shipping and fulfilment policies that protect the brand and provide clarity to the customer.

Customer Experience & Collaboration

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Bridge the gap between logistics and customer service by resolving feedback and delivery queries with long-term, scalable solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure logistics strategies support brand objectives and regional customer preferences.
