Merchandise Intern

About Your Role

As a Merchandise Intern, you will work alongside our Creative Executive and Junior Buyer to execute campaigns for a top-tier F1 driver’s merchandise brand. This unique role blends the exciting worlds of fashion and Formula 1, allowing you to experience working within both industries. You will support the entire campaign process, from product sampling and planning photoshoots to collaborating on marketing campaigns. As part of our small, close-knit team, you must be self-motivated with a drive to learn and expand your skill set continuously. You’ll also have opportunities to contribute to broader projects and collaborate across teams. This is a temporary, paid internship requiring approximately 24 hours of work per week.

About You

  • Based in London and have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and creative skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about both fashion and Formula 1.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
  • A creative thinker eager to learn and grow.
  • 24 working hours per week, available to commute to our east London-based office 2–3 days per week.
  • At least 18 years old.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist the merchandising team in developing and executing campaigns and product launches
  • Help plan and coordinate events, photoshoots and pop-ups.
  • Support in the organisation of production samples.
  • Monitor industry trends and share insights with the team.
  • Monitor social media reaction to merch and assist in creating content across varying platforms.
  • Engage in discussions about the buying and production processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including social media, to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Your Skills

  • Highly organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential, But a Bonus)

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Experience with organisational apps and tools such as Asana and Notion.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and fashion trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and learn.
