Senior Marketing Manager
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development of a world-class Formula 1 driver’s fashion brand. This role focuses on brand growth, fan loyalty, and storytelling, ensuring the digital storefront executes this strategy with commercial precision.
You will manage the brands digital identity, ensuring product launches are high-impact and every fan touchpoint reflects the core brand values.

Your Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Brand Leadership & Strategy
- Brand Positioning: Define and evolve the driver’s fashion brand to increase engagement with fans, teams, and global partners.
- Market Insight: Monitor F1 culture and fashion trends to ensure marketing actions are relevant and ahead of industry shifts.
- Strategic Planning: Translate long-term goals into marketing campaigns that build brand equity and fan perception.
- Brand Oversight: Act as the final internal sign-off for all brand output, ensuring tone of voice and creative execution are consistent.
Fan Loyalty & CRM
- Community Management: Lead the design and management of driver-specific loyalty schemes and apps to drive long-term fan engagement.
- CRM Strategy: Own the Klaviyo ecosystem, using segmentation to deliver targeted content to a global fanbase.
- Retention: Build lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back) that convert one-time buyers into repeat supporters.
Campaigns & Integrated Marketing
- Marketing Calendar: Own the master calendar, leading the execution of product launches and campaigns aligned with the F1 race schedule.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Creative and Social teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all digital and physical platforms.
- PR: Identify and manage press opportunities that build brand credibility outside of racing.
Digital Experience & Ecommerce
- Platform Management: Oversee the Shopify Plus ecosystem to ensure the site is functional, on-brand, and optimized for sales.
- Data Analysis: Review site performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Operations: Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service partners to ensure the end-to-end customer journey meets brand standards.
Team & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team, building a supportive environment and high standards to help everyone hit the brand goals
- Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation within the team.
About You
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing management, ideally within high-growth fashion, streetwear, or talent-led brands.
- CRM Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo, including flow building and A/B testing.
- Ecommerce Tools: Highly proficient in Shopify Plus with a strong understanding of CRO.
- Execution: Ability to manage high-volume site traffic and tight deadlines across key commercial moments throughout the year.
- Location: Based in the UK and able to commute to our Hoxton studio at least four times a week.
- Not essential, but it’s always a bonus if you’re a Formula 1 fan.
